Mangrove utilizes Artificial Intelligence to automatically respond to guest bookings, questions, and to help facilitate check-in/out procedures. Additionally we monitor for guest communications if there are questions or issues.
Active Monitoring
We actively ensure that the home is in compliance with all ordinances within your neighborhood. It is critical that not only you and your guests are protected but also your neighbors are not negatively impacted with your guests. As such we utilize decibel monitoring tools to alert us if there are any loud noises coming from the property and will interact with the guest directly to ensure they know the local rules and follow them.
Real-Time Reporting
As part of the Mangrove Family, you will have access to an owner portal complete with statistics around occupancy rates, income, fees, among other metrics. At any moment you can see how your property is performing and trends.
Cleaning and Maintenance
One of the top needs a guest may have is a clean and working home. Our dedicated cleaning crew delivers top notch service on a timely basis. Additionally we have strategic relationships with maintenance professionals and floor cleaners to ensure the guest’s stay is comfortable.
Simple Fee Structure
The old-fashioned way of charging homeowners $10 for lightbulbs or $150 service calls is antithetical to how we operate. We charge a flat fee for all revenue and expenses. That’s it. We try to make everything as simple and easy as possible. Additionally you will be able to see all fees in the owner portal.
Marketing and Media
We find that the best way to market the property is to have the guests do it for us by providing the best service possible. To augment this effort, the properties are listed in Airbnb, VRBO, and guests can book directly through our website. We are active on social media as well and administrate groups with thousands of members looking for vacation rentals.
